Veelgestelde vragen
What if I’ve never tried hypnosis before?
That’s completely fine. Most of my clients haven’t. Hypnosis is a natural, deeply relaxed state that you already pass through every day, like the moment just before you fall asleep or when you’re absorbed in a good book. During a session, you stay aware and in control the whole time. You can hear my voice, you’ll remember what comes up, and you can’t be made to say or do anything you don’t want to. It isn’t like the stage hypnosis you may have seen on TV. Most women describe it as feeling calm, safe and more connected to themselves than they’ve felt in a long time. Before we begin, I’ll explain exactly what to expect and answer any questions you have, so you can relax into the process.
How quickly will I see results?
Every person and every pattern is different, so I can’t promise a timeline. Many clients notice a shift soon after their first session: they feel lighter, calmer, or sleep better than they have in a while. For others, the change is quieter at first and becomes clearer over the following weeks. That’s why the work doesn’t stop when the session ends. Your personalised hypnotic recording reinforces the change every day, helping your mind and body settle into the new way of being. Deeper, long-standing patterns often have more than one layer, which is why some women choose to continue with additional sessions or Sovereign Reset™. What matters most is your willingness to show up for yourself, listen to your recording, and let the change unfold in its own time.
I’ve already tried therapy, meditation, journaling… why would this be different?
Those tools are valuable, and most of the women I work with have used them. They often help you understand your patterns, cope better and feel calmer for a while. But understanding a pattern doesn’t always change it. That’s because most of what we think, feel, and do is driven by the subconscious mind. It holds the beliefs and patterns we formed long before we could question them, and it quietly steers our behaviour every day. That’s why you can’t always change a pattern just by deciding to, at the conscious level. On top of that, unprocessed emotions are stored in the body and nervous system. Clearing them and helping your system reset takes more than talking or thinking about them. You don’t have to start over. Everything you’ve already learned is a strong foundation. This is where it finally gets to land.
Isn’t this just placebo or woo-woo?
It’s a fair question. Hypnosis is a well-researched state of focused attention. Brain-imaging studies show it creates measurable changes in how the brain processes thoughts, emotions, and sensations, and it’s used in medical settings to help with anxiety, pain, and sleep. It’s not magic, and it’s not stage hypnosis. My work combines hypnotherapy and RTT with nervous-system and energy work. Some of it is backed by research, and some is rooted in healing traditions that have been practiced for centuries. What I care about most is what my clients feel: calmer bodies, better sleep, clearer decisions, and the sense of coming home to themselves. You only have to be open to the experience.
